Kids love to imitate. That’s how they learn. And just as we pass down our wisdom, skills, or hobbies to our children, God asks us to follow His example. There’s no better way to learn how to love life and live life than from the One who created us.

God renews our spirits even during the struggles. We can keep going in this life and look with anticipation to the next.

Don’t put your trust in mere people, or in the things of this world that will fade away. The only place to put your trust is in the hands of the One who deserves it. He will never fail.

Believers are called to shine the light of the gospel in a very dark world. There are many challenges, and at times it can seem like it’s all in vain. When the storms of life rage, remember He is with you. When you struggle until you have no energy left to give, He is with you. When you feel alone and think that God doesn’t care, He is with you. So take heart . . . He is with you!

Psalm 23 recounts the wonderful truths of our comforting God.

Darkness. The world was in darkness. But we knew the Light was coming because God promised His arrival. Suddenly, one night so long ago, He came bursting into our world as a baby. And just like the morning sun, He overcame the dark of night and gave us hope.
