People or things will try to distract you, but keep going.

Our days are filled with endless commitments, choices, fun things, not-so-fun things. Things we have to do. Things we get to do. Wrap your day in prayer because keeping your eyes on God will help keep everything else in focus.

It’s inevitable. Rough waters will come. But the good news is that you are not navigating alone.

“Be crafted into something new.” (Colossians 3:1-11) It starts with an idea. In the designer’s skilled hands, the raw materials begin to take shape. The process is sometimes messy and time consuming, but it is necessary. The transformation process creates something useful, something beautiful, something new.

The color of your skin, where you come from, and other people’s misconceptions about you don’t matter. Seconds can drag on and years can fly by. We know we are on this earth for just a moment. And we don’t know when that moment will end. So, God, help us to turn to you, to seek your wisdom. As Psalm 39:7 says, “My hope is in you.”

The weight of the darkness can be suffocating. Until the Light of the World reveals Himself, and you believe.

Creation speaks of me, yet I am invisible. My glory thunders, yet I whisper to you. Heaven and earth are mine, yet I want your heart. I am God.

Life is full of challenges and setbacks. We can’t do it on our own. Thankfully, we have a heavenly Father who wants to help us and never wants us to walk alone. He’s reaching out to you. So grab on and don’t let go. He certainly won’t.
