Creation speaks of me, yet I am invisible. My glory thunders, yet I whisper to you. Heaven and earth are mine, yet I want your heart. I am God.

Our plan is not always God’s plan. Even if we walk through darkness and uncertainty, He makes our steps light because He is our strength.

We all have our own agenda. We want certain things, and God even invites us to pray very specifically, right? 

Days have a way of blending into each other. The repetition of life dulls our senses until our world can become gray. But like refreshing rain, God gives us splashes of joy to color our world and to help us see with new eyes.

God formed the earth, created everything in it, and knows every detail of His masterpiece. He is perfect and powerful, yet He wants to know you intimately. He wants you to call on Him, and He will be your protector. Your rescuer. Your refuge.

A baby boy. That’s how God chose to save the world. It was God’s plan to send His Son in the flesh, and it’s His plan to affect every one of us through this gift. So trust in His purpose, no matter what your role, because He loves you so.

It starts as broken glass. Ruined. Thrown away. But then something amazing happens. Over time, the useless shards are rolled and tumbled until something beautiful is created. It’s just like how God takes our broken pieces and crafts beauty.

When you talk to God, it changes you.

Believers are called to shine the light of the gospel in a very dark world. There are many challenges, and at times it can seem like it’s all in vain. Don’t put your trust in mere people, or in the things of this world that will fade away. The only place to put your trust is in the hands of the One who deserves it. He will never fail.
